All in all, this standard is just for a general tolerance for machining. This will be benefited for both of client and supplier. As a result, you suppliers will not ask for more costs because of their high defective rate. This maybe could reduce the defective rate for your suppliers. Moreover, for some dimensions which do not need very strict, you should denoted too.
For the key dimensions, you should denoted on the drawings clearly. In my opinion, this standard file can just show us the approximate tolerance requirements.
